digg上的美国人如何看待中国的暴雨

英国著名的bbc网站发表了一篇文章：Flood warning after Chinese rains ,被一个叫做dagorret 的美国人发到了digg的这篇文章上,还配了幅中国人在大街上划船前进的图，文章的意思则大概是说中国北部爆发了严重的暴雨，政府警告黄河可能会溃堤（”China has warned that one of its longest waterways, the Yellow River, is in danger of bursting its banks. The warning follows heavy rain in the north of China. The south has also been hit by bad weather”）。这个文章发表后居然立即就有50多条评论,首先发表评论的是digg的资深会员,对中国的水灾表示同情,但是往后,评论就还是不那么客气了,有的仅仅是毫无感情色彩的”One bad thing after another”,有的则说:”Japan had an earthquake of the same magnitude. And they’re just fine. China does not care about human life, they only care about money, and when they built these ***** buildings they knew they would crumble and they knew there would be disaster. They didn’t care.”,也就是”日本刚刚发了大地震,他们就没事,中国人根本不关心人的生命,他们只关心钱,他们知道那些房子是危房但是他们不在乎”.看到这里tomas感觉十分气愤,留言说”Why you laughing chinese just because one bad thing after another?If this happed in USA,should chinese laughing you too”.过了一会儿,争论开始引起注意,有人给我凭了个负分,也就是所谓的”dugg”,但是紧接着,美国人自己站出来了:

*cough* U.S. support of OPEC *cough*
*cough* Panama Civil War *cough*
The same could be said of any country. Stop blindly following the anti-Chinese sentiments and actually try to think.”
恩,很有道理,伊拉克战争就是愚蠢的美国佬干的,心理平衡些.
“Same magnitude? Are you serious? Beside, Japan deals with earthquake alot more often. They have alot of experiences and their buildings were built to sustain earthquakes.”
